Quite often we get people who just need the booklets and card wallets, so we are now offering this as an extension to the service we would normally provide. There is no obligation to go through the whole manufacture process. We provide from the very basic promotional samples right through to thehigh quality litho printed options as you would see in any official release
 
Printed Parts Printed Options

Laser Digital Options
These are printed on our premises and can usually be turned around same day the order is placed: (Booklet Options 1 – 3)

• basic black and white promotional inserts
• full colour promotional inserts
• colour text and logo promotional inserts

Litho Print Options
These generally take longer to print and are outsourced. This is of the highest standard litho print and is highly recommended if you can afford to wait a week or so for these. Minimum order for these are 1000: (Litho Printed Options)

• full colour booklets with inlays (number of pages is optional and left to the discretion of the client)
• full colour card wallets printed
• complete digipak options available on request

Please Note: All prices shown exclude VAT
Booklet Options 1, 2 & 3 are printed on our premises and can be turned around same day to be delivered the next day as long as we have plenty of notice in the day to get the job done. Our couriers pick up each day at 3.30pm and we generally need about 3 hours to do these print jobs, so please make sure you give us plenty of notice. The earlier the better. The cut off point for the next day delivery of these printed parts is midday. Any orders put in after that time will be shipped out the following day for delivery the day after

Booklet Option 2
Printed front & back, full coverage on a slightly glossy 120gsm paper using laser digital technology
Please note that in most cases with full image printing, even in what predominantly looks monotone to the naked eye, we still use the colour method of printing to bring out the full texture and consistency in print that a mono print would not be able to do. The first three images in the examples below are all perfect examples of this scenario. If this situation arises, then these will be charged at the full colour rate as in boolet option 1. We will inform you of this before proceeding with your job. If we can print in black and white without any loss in print quality, then you will be charged at our regular black and white print rates described in booklet option 3

Booklet Option 3
Printed front and back, full colour with full coverage on a slightly glossy 120gsm paper using laser digital technology. For short runs that require a fast turnaround but still gives your product that extra edge above the basic text and logo inserts, this is the perfect solution

Litho Print Options

Album Booklets & Inlays
The minimum order for this is 1000

These can be printed full colour or black and white and the price is the same for both options. You also have the choice of as many pages as you require but with ever four pages added, the price increases accordingly. With every order of 1000 or more booklets you also get the inlays at no extra cost. The inlays can be printed back and front in full colour too. The normal turn around time for this product is 5 working days from customer confirmation of supplied artwork
 

CARD WALLETS
The minimum order for this is 1000

Whether black and white or full colour, the price remains the same. These are ideal for magazine cover mounts and any promotional purposes where your presentation requires a little more than the basic promotional CDRs on offer, but that would only make sense to use this option if you require quantities exceeding 1000 or more to make it cost effective. The normal turn around time of this product is 5 working days from customer confirmation
 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BEAR IN MIND
There is normally a £40.00 + vat charge for checking your artwork to make sure it is supplied correctly and that there will not be any print issues. This is optional, however if you choose not to use this service, if any problems arise with the final printed product, we at Quick Burn or our third party partners who carry out the manufacturing cannot be held responsible
