Please make sure you check your masters
We try to listen to as many masters sent to us as possible but unfortunately due to the high volumes sent, we are unable to listen to every single one, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any faults that may be on the master copy and translated unto the duplicated cds.

We accept audio and artwork files that are sent via yousendit / sendspace. You will need to use the templates supplied by us to set your artwork to ensure these are done correctly. The design templates and artwork specification can be found at the links below

CDR Duplication Orders

The turnaround time for CDRs is usually no longer than 24 hours to completion.  We use a NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE so you would normally have your CDRs delivered to your desired address / addresses within 48 hours, so if you placed your order on Monday you would usually have them by Wednesday, and only in situations where there are either problems with audio or artwork files are these delayed. In many cases, if we receive everything we need by 11am, we can usually have the CDRs out the door the same day and with you the following day

We also accept audio files sent via the net. If you wish to use this process, please remember that if any problems arise with the duplication, these are NOT the responsibility of Quick Burn as we have no idea what your audio should sound like and can only go by what we have been supplied.

CD Replication Orders

Before processing any Replication orders we will need you to fill in the forms below

You will need to do the following to enable us to deal with your order request efficiently to speed up the manufacturing process

• MCPS & ORDER FORM …… print and send hard copies along with your audio master
• AUDIO MASTERS …… clearly labelled with artist name, album title and catalogue number
• ORDER FORM …… email one copy to us and send one copy in with your audio master
• ARTWORK …… email all artwork to us at Quickburn

Audio files can be accepted via the net but prefer to manufacture directly from the original CD master.  We would recommend supplying a hard copy master and to only use the dropload service in emergencies where the deadlines are absolutely imperative

Remember that the manufacture time for Replication jobs can take anything between 8 – 12 working days, so if your job is urgent and you are working to tight deadlines, you will need to help us to help you meet those deadlines by following the basic instructions below:

We require you to approve the artwork before we begin the manufacture process. Once you have approved the artwork and given the ok to proceed, it normally takes between 8 – 10 working days for completion and delivery, but in very extreme busy periods that might increase to 8 – 14 working days, so basically the quicker you can have everything to us and approve the artwork, the sooner we can get started and the sooner you will have your finished product

Delivery Details
We offer a NEXT DAY DELIVERY service, but obviously with the finished replicated products this will depend on when the jobs are complete, and not the day after you have approved your order.

We will need:
1. contact name
2. your full address and post code
3. best phone number you can be reached on day of delivery

Your details will be logged with our courier service who will attempt delivery the next working day. If for any reason they are not able to deliver, you will be carded to inform you that a delivery attempt was made and two further delivery attempts will be made before the goods being sent back to us. Alternatively, you can call us to get your local depot’s number and address and you can collect the package yourself in person. You will need to call us to get your consignment number in order to do this

All deliveries are usually made between 8am – 4pm. If you require your goods by a specific time, we also offer a service whereby for a little extra, we can have your goods to you by either 10am or midday, whichever suits yours needs. The 10am service is slightly more expensive than the midday service, and it is left to your discretion to let us know which service you would prefer

In extreme cases of urgency, we can also offer a same day delivery service within a 25 mile radius of the M25 region, but you will need to call us to find out the cost and if this service is available on the day
