Please supply your artwork designed to our templates
If you are at all unsure of how your artwork should be supplied, let us know and we will talk you through every stage of the process. We’re here to help…
Follow the guide lines set out below so as to avoid unecessary delays. If we notice any obvious errors in the artwork supplied by you, we will inform you and if possible, will make the changes here and send pdf proofs to be approved by you before we begin printing

CDR Duplication Specification
Please make sure

  • You use the correct template. All templates can be found here
  • Your completed artwork is supplied at 300dpi & at the correct dimensions
  • The guides are removed before flattening the final image
  • All text and logos are at least 7mm clear of the center hole and outer edge of the disc and also from from all edges of the paper inserts
  • You supply a low resolution pdf of your final artwork with the guides showing for us to use as reference *

We accept pdfs or jpegs

* This helps us to make sure that your artwork has been supplied correctly therefore saving time and eliminating the potential of unnecessary delays

CD Replication Artwork Specification

Please make sure

  • You use the correct template. All templates can be found here
  • Your completed artwork is supplied at 300dpi & at the correct dimensions
  • Make sure all your artwork is designed in CMYK colour mode, and not RGB
  • The guides are removed before flattening the final image
  • All text and logos should be at least 5mm clear of all edges
  • You leave at least 3mm bleed all round
  • Please also supply a low resolution pdf of your final artwork with the guides showing for us to use as reference *

We accept pdfs, tiffs, eps and jpegs

* This helps us to make sure that your artwork has been supplied correctly therefore saving time and eliminating the potential of unnecessary delays
 
Once we have everything we need from you from you for the REPLICATION process, we will double check everything here before forwarding to our reprographics department. If we notice any obvious problems we will notify you ASAP and ask for your artwork to be re-supplied. The most common of these errors is there not being enough bleed all round or the text and logos being too close to the cut off points
 
If all is ok to proceed, our reprographics team will check for more potential detailed problems such as overuse of colours that can cause print distortion, and once we are sure that all is fine, we will send you low resolution pdfs for you to approve, after which the printing process can begin. This might sound long winded but it ensures that your product is overseen with the utmost care and only actually takes no longer than 48 hours at most, usually 24 hours
